4 salmon steaks
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
100g (4oz) bread crumbs
¼ teaspoon garlic paste
2 tablespoons broken cashew nuts
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Onion salt to taste

- Brush the salmon with a little of the oil, season and
grill for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat the remaining oil in a frying pan; add
the breadcrumbs, garlic, nuts, turmeric powder and salt.
Cook until deep golden, stirring continuously.
- Spoon over the fish and serve immediately.
