Cooking with Monisha offers a variety of bespoke classes for individuals, pairs or groups. From one-to-one cookery lessons to cooking courses for birthdays, anniversaries or children’s parties, we can create a hands on class to suit you, taking into account your menu preferences and needs. We provide all the ingredients and recipe sheets and we all eat together at the end.
We also offer 5 day intensive courses for chefs and keen cooks where you will learn about spices, regional cookery, restaurant favourites. curry sauces from scratch, snacks, starters, rice, lentils, grilled foods, desserts and much more.
